The Yavapai Library Network has selected Tech Logic to provide Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and Automated Materials Handling (AMH) services for its members. Implementing RFID and AMH will help to streamline library operations. Increasing the efficiency of library operations is especially important when many Yavapai County libraries are operating with reduced funding and below normal staffing levels. |

Prescott Public Library Embraces New Wireless Standard |

The Prescott Public Library has upgraded it's wireless networking infrastructure with new 802.11n capable access points. While allowing access to the fastest and most robust wireless standard to date, the new access points also remain compatible with the existing 802.11 a/b and g standards. |

The Yavapai Library Network has begun its implementation of the SirsiDynix Symphony software. This software will handle all aspects of automated library services including circulation, cataloging, catalog access, acquisitions, debt collection, and reporting. |
